REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 18TH, 2024
The 2024 Festival of Nature offers a full slate of field trips, classes, and activities throughout Door County. Registration opens Monday, March 18th There is a maximum number of participants allowed for each field trip or program, so registering early is the best way to ensure you get to participate in the activities you want.

Registration is easy – click the Register Button in the upper right hand corner of this webpage or call 920-839- 2802. We’ll confirm your registration by email.
*For the best chance of securing your spot in the field trips of your choosing, we recommend registering online. You are welcome to call us if you are unable to register online, but please be patient and understand that we do not have the capacity to answer all phone calls immediately when registration opens. Because we will not be able to check voicemails until later in the day, please keep trying until you get through to someone.
program fees
Program fees per field trip vary from $30 to $65 per person, per program. Prices are listed in each program description. Members of The Ridges Sanctuary receive a $5 discount per person, per program.* Price per youth under the age of 16, costs 50% of the program’s full price. When registering as a member or as youth, please be prepared to provide membership details and/or date of birth in the registration portal. *Exclusions apply
cancellation policy
The Door County Festival of Nature reserves the right to cancel an activity or field trip when necessary. If a trip is canceled, you will be notified as soon as possible so that you may select an alternate trip or receive a full refund. Please make sure to provide us with a phone number for last-minute communications. You can cancel your registration by email or phone. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the program start date will be refunded in full, minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to the program start date will be refunded at 50% of the total fees. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the program start date.
